PM Modi has advised the Indian farmer that he should spend 1/3 of his income on farming, another 1/3 on Fodder yet another 1/3 on Growing Timber Income from Timber will take 25 years: The average size of a farm holding as per statistics in this country is 1.15 hectacre:You devide it by 3,you get the size for each operation : The PM is thinking of farmers like Badal & Pawar, who drive in imported SUV and are benami farmers.who own benami farmlands. Now daughters get an equal share along with sons. The women ownership has been increasing from 11.70 %(2005-06) to12.78 %(20110-11)The small & marginal holdings constituted 85% in 2010-11 : The huge expansion in holdings has resulted in a steep fall in average size : The Banks should step in & inance, consolidation of holdings,by granting cheap loans;A small percentage of farmers get the benefit of state largesse by way of form of free water, subsidized fertiliser, electricity & procurement : The surplus labour can only be absorbed in construction industry,by building/rebuilding rural infrastructure( labourers with low marketable skills) The share of agriculture in GDP has been declinig from 60% is now about 13.5% :The live stock sector is 3.92:In the un organised sector, like small vendorsviz beedi makers, diamond cutters & polishers at HOME (94 %) The organised sector(those who get middle class wages, like DA,LTA & Medical benefits)are already well off. They work for less than 8 hours a day & for 200 days in a year.We are focusing on them : The Data clearly indicates that the Agricultural labourers are moving out of the farm sector at an accelarated rate. : The PM is out of touch with the reality like his predecessors :

lET MERCENERIES FIGHT WITH isis
NEWS PAPER REPORTS SAY that more than 400 civilians have been killed in Syria, what has happened with the Syrian &Iraqi Army?? What can India do ? Should we sit tight and watch the situation "We should think the previously un-thinkable, to send troops to ME : The Boko Haram's self declared Caliphate & its atrocities, in Africa has almost ended , life is slowly becoming NORMAL in Nigeria :STTEP was hired , its men have a wealth of BUSH FIGHTING experience, they have not been just advicing but getting the job done in Nigeria :Before ISIS came on the screen, the Boko Haram the most vicious Islamic Insurgency in modern Africa ,was engaged by STTEP ,they were not liberators, nor freedom fighters BUT MERCENERIES yet they defeated the Boko Haram : This model can be used in other critical areas too: India's vtired/discharged un employed,hungry/angry soldiers (Battle ready)can be recruited and a Mercenary Private Army can be raised under a suitable(Maoists please consider this option) name & can be financed by a consortium of rich Muslim/non muslim /corporates/countries(of ME) They will all be non-state players : We can forget about whether it is ethical to use private soldiers : This private Army can also be used in Beluchisthan.,occupied Kashmir& in tribal areas where Maoists are waging a WAR) Etc In Iraq & Syria, the troops often flee from the Battle field,( it is for the same reason, Indian Army soldiers ran away from the Battle Field under Lt.Gen. BM Kaul in 1962,)not because they are out gunned, but because of rampant corruption & appalling management, that leaves SOLDIERS un-paid, underfed & short of ammunition The Indian Army ex-soldiers are hitting the road on June/14 for non implementation of OROP : The morale of the Indian Army is very low at this time,as they are mostly employed in non-military duties : There is a huge market waiting to be tapped in India & Pakisthan & Bangladesh, including ex-lTTE: One need not bother about the UN,Merenary convention, which prohibits their use.The established armies are blighted by "Toothless contingents.indecisive command & the distinctive stench of corruption"This is the right time to rise private armies in INDIA
