One can easily devout 15 minutes on alternate days : Many defense establishments in Bangalore conducted yoga sessions on 21/05 : Yoga can easily replace PT classes : At one time the Punjabi folk dance was being practiced during the PT Classes..Many religions came into existence  before  the Patanjali Astanga yoga. came into being .Even the Pagans must have practiced some form of yoga as a daily routine : During the days of Ramayana,people were TALL & lived thousands of years by practicing yoga. Hanumanji is Very Tall or very short,by virtue of yogic exercises,he has extra ordinary strength,only because of yoga ; Even in this Kaliyuga many Siddha Prushas have lived for hundreds of years & quite a few are still living in Himalayas : Yoga is not simply asanas it is more than that : A yogi can live without food & water for days & months,he can levitate.In short he can do ma & is marketed ,in this form, it is more acceptable o all educated Indians

The Muslims brought in the logic of SACRIFICE ie. some Muslim opt for subjugation for the benefit of other Muslims who can breeth freely in a free Muslim country: They were willing to undergo every suffering & sacrifice for the emancipation & liberation of their bretheren,in areas of Muslim majority areas.They were prepared to be martyrs Jinnaha in his speech said he was prepared to perform the last ceremony of martyrdom of two crore Muslims for the liberation of seven crore Muslims The sacrifice logic & the hostage theory was the hidden idea of a Global Islamic caliphate: The highly influential Ulemas from Deoband, Maulana ashraf ali thanavi and shabbir ahamed usmani switched to the Muslim league armed with a theology for fusing Islam with state power. : Maulana Thanavi once had a dream ,where the prophet and his companions saw Jinnah sitting next to to the prophet.He treated him with kindness & love :Jinnah wanted to create a secular democratic Pakisthan,he actually wanted to create another Madina,the birth of an Islamic caliphate,This idea received popular support from the majority of Indian muslims & few Hindu leaders

Who is the Architect of the Indian constitution ? Many people in this country give credit to Dr Ambedkar : It is true he made a significant contribution,but to give him total credit to him is not correct.: Many say Gandhi,Nehru & Ambedkar are the Trinity of the Indian Constitution : The contribution of others to the making of the constitution cannot /should not be ignored. The constitutional Advisor Sri BN Rau,prepared the Basic format of the constitution. He prepared the "Notes" on almost every aspect of the constitution: He borrowed largely from the Govt of India Act, this was the basis for transfer of power. He borrowed extensively from the American, Australian & Irish constitutions The draft was moved in 1946 & the objections were resolved.India was to be an Independent,  a sovereign  Republic. Dr Rajendra Prasad(,who awarded the Bharat Ratna to himself),was the President of the Constituent Assembly & later became President of the Republic.(Against Nehru's wish : Rajagopala achari,was his choice for the post) Nehru's inspiring speech,while moving the "terms of reference"(resolution) later became Preamble to the constitution. A number of committee's were appointed to discuss the various aspects of the Draft : BN Rao's contribution is the greatest,on this task.He brought to bear his extensive knowledge of the various constitutions of the world as well as his great administrative experience: The original draft was prepared by BN Rau,the drafting committee only worked on it & brought out the  FINAL DRAFT. : In April,1948, Ambedkar said in a speech that 250 clauses of the 1935 Act had been embodied into the new constitution, It simply means that 4/5 the of the constitution was nothing but the 1935 Regulatory act.The Fundamental rights(copied from the American constitution) The congress session of Karachi(1931) under the Presidentship of Sardar Patel & earlier the Nehru report (1928) was pat of it. Although the Nehru report was rejected by the Muslim League, it formed the basis of the  main report of the Karachi resolution.
Ambedkar was a member of the Viceroy executive committee during the last days of the British Raj. He had bitterly opposed the Gandhi during the Freedom Struggle : Inspite of this, Gandhi made him the chairman of the Drafting Committee. Ambedkar himself paid glowing tributes to the other  members of the drafting committee.He clearly said " Men bigger ,better & more competent than myself"  were in the committee He paid glowing tributes to Sir Alladi krishnaswmy Iyyer."The credit given to me does not really  belong to me" he said, BN Rau & SN Mukherjee(The chief Draftsman)'' contributed a lot. To day how many of Ambedkar's followers acknowledge this fact? All parties atthat time believed in Egalitarian society & Social Justice.
Many un wanted aspects has been included in this Book,like pay & allowances of the President,payment of ICS officers pensions in Pounds Etc Etc.(in fact one retired ,ICSofficer in Tamilnadu had approached the High Court, TN for payment of his pension in Pound Sterling,by invoking the constitutional provision) The Theory of separation of Powers, the Fundamental rights were lifted from the American constitution, The directive principles,from the Irish constitution(Though it cannot be enforced) The very fact that as many as 120 constitutional amendamaents has bee passed ,clearly shows,that" the Basic Structure"  has been Changed : It no more remains the Original work of the founding fathers of the constitution

There are 2353 Primary Health centres,205 CHCs.146 Taluck ospitals,& 30 district hospitals: The health Dept. already has 2000 doctors;The doctors must be cursing their luck, why they took up  the study of medicine? The IT sector is raking in money & enjoy all perks.They have put in less effort spent less time & money but get more : These Doctors are being punished.They have to work in villages,where there is no Electricity,drinking water,medicines & civilised society.They will only be time servers and glorious compoundrs . I am sure they will neglect their work & scrounge///

Bangalore development authority BDA) has cheated an old man of his PLOT ( 30x40) The de-notification drama has eaten away his plot.in Sampigehalli in Arkawathy layout.He had invested his life time earnings .He was happy, the BDA site will be safe & free of litigation,but the fate thought it otherwise. He had a Sale Deed, Katha Certificate & Possession certificate.He had been paying the Taxes regularly,yet he was divested of his site; What will the authorities say to this ?will they allot him another site? we have to wait & watch.

The Karnataka CM has sent soaring of a Bangaluru transformation by allocating Rs 1000 crores for Roads ,now another Rs 100 crores for the pot holed roads : The CM is not aware of a permanent solution for these pot holes : The use of PLASTIC is the solution ; Plastics were used in Bangalore in the year 2002 & the results are there for everyone to see : The patchwork done on some roads were due to Road Digging by other agencies : The mixing up of plastic with TAR is the  main reason for BINDING UP: Even western countries have shown keen  interest in this technology,but our Siddaramaiah  govt is looking the other way.
2. Instead of treating Plastic as an environmental Hazard,it can be collected commercially & used in an effective manner : Out of 3000 M Tonnes of GARBAGE generated everyday in Babgaluru,about 150 tonnes are Plastic.

As per the announcement of the Education minister of Karnataka state,a new aptitude test will be held .in all subjects,two months before the final exams : The test will be for 100 marks,in all the subjects: This will have no bearing on the annual results: The tests are to enable the parents to know the performance of their wards & take effective steps to coach them in areas,where they are found weak : This is a step in the right direction: parents/students will know their grasping & writing abilities : Actually in the fifties,there used to be a public exam at the end of 8th class,it used to be a public exam: I still remember,we had to be Vaccinated(for small pox),take Plague inoculation & undergo medical examination: It used to be a very big event,.b'coz that was the first public exam faced by a student i his life : The next public exam used to be the SSLC exam. There used to be a Pre-Exam selection test in many schools to evaluate the students for their suitbilitry to appear in exams & also to get better results for the school : I still vividly remember a BOY who failed in this exam & committed suicide by Hanging : The public outcry,made the Head Master announce the complete stoppage  of the said exam,from that year onwards.
