Myanmar not embarrassed ,says the Indian ops was in Indian Territory

Myanmar govt is neither embarrassed nor their Army cut up b'coz as per their official statement,it(the ops) was conducted in the Indian Territory : The Central Minister, Rathore  confirmed that the Army crossed over the Border & entered the neighbour's territory(Deep 2-5 Kms) to fight the Insurgents :
general Suhag & Ajit Doval will visit Myanmar to liaise with their counter parts to plan future operations This appears to be a move to smoothen ruffled relationships with that country : Our Ambassodor Gautam Mukhopadyay is reviewing the post strike operational situation, with senior officials there. May 2014  agreement with that country, that provided a framework for the security co operation & exchange of intelligence between the two countries, was invoked. The extension of this concept in the west to suppress the  cross border terrorism in J&K will be a totally different Ball Game: Pakisthan is a nuclear armed nation & the Pak Army is fully active & Battle ready. The population of Kashmir valley & the PDP govt is fully ready to co-opearte & is actively supporting the terrorists/saparatists.The question asked by intelligent people in this country, is that, why the govt did not conduct the ops earlier? why was it waiting for our 18 soldiers belonging to the Dogras to be killed? was it waiting  for an excuse? How come the NSCN-K chief escaped?  or was he let off ?Was it proper for the Minister to open his mouth & say our troops crossed the international Border & entered the Myammar territory?
