The TADA court verdict(TADA was repealed by GOI) ultimately survived: Poor Yakub,he believed in the assurances given by the R&AW man & came back to India to die on the gallows : I am sure henceforth the terrorists will not believe in any assuranace given by the intelligence authorities
The Jail Mannual empowers the jail Superintendent to decide on the Body being handed over to the family: If he wants he can bury the BODY in the prison premises itself after a proper Inquest : I am sure the family would have opted for a QUIET Burial:

It is a well known fact that the terrorist Yakub memon surrendered to CBI in Kathmandu (Nepal) & was given  assurances,the idea was to get the other masterminds of 1993 serial blasts,his brother Tiger & Ayub & the most wanted Dawood Ibrahim of 26/11 fame : India can Neer get him,as he enjoys the full protection of ISI & the might of pakisthan Theblasts  killed257 people & injured 700 reports:Yakub may hang on july/30 at Nagpur if the SC rejects his plea of MERCY

There is another school of thought,vigourously put up by Owaisi t hat because he was a MUSLIM,no consideration has been extended to him, He brought a briefcase full of incriminating documents showing the involvement of Pakisthan & handed it  to CBI that the GOI was able to prove the involvement of ISI/Pakhisthan

Yakub was an educated man,he was a chartered accountant,I am sure he would not be foolish enough to travel on a Pakisthani Passport & a brief case full of very important INCRIMINATING papers : In fact he is said to have consulted a lawyer in Kathmandu about surrendering before Nepal Authorities,on his advise,he wanted to return back to Karachi,the police who were tipped off arrested him at the Airport.. Another Lawyer has pointed out that not a single witness has told the court that Yakub was present at any of the Blast sites in Mumbai. Memon wanted to co-operate with the R&AW to bring the other members of the Memon family back to India(they had escaped from the clutches of ISI & were safely ensconced in Dubai: B.Raman,who expired in 2013(,after retirement) co operated extensively with the family to bring back other members of his family from Dubai(The Apex courts DEATH sentence was in 2006)

There is another report that says Yakub was picked up in kathmandu & driven across the border to an Indian Town,from where he was flown to Delhi by ARC aircraft & arrested in OLD DELHI.(B. Raman's write up records this fact,as such it carries lot of credence)

Article 370 and Jammu & Kashmir :: is J&K an integral part of India that is Bharat ?

The readers might find this article most un-popular but the truth is J&K is not a part of the Indian Union, Maharaja Hari Singh’s instrument of accession only Defence.foreign affairs & communication were transferred to the union

1. Justices  Muzafur Hussain Attar and Ali Mohammed Magray of J&K High court clearly opined that “Legally & constitutionally “ the sovereignty of the J&K remained “Intact & untampered” even after the Instrument of accession signed by the then ruler. The integration with India will remain  incomplte Arunachal Pradesh.& Nagaland
2. The best way is to permit ,Pundits & their relations to settle in Kashmir. All ex-servicemen who have served in kashmir,may also be allowed to settle there (with  an “Assisted Settlement Scheme) Biharis & Punjabis may be encouraged to migrate to kashmir: The Britishers realised this much earlier,they encouraged the Hindu Nepalese emigration to dilute the kingdom’s BUDDHIST,BHUTIA-LEPCHA ETHOS in Sikkim. Today there is no trouble in Sikkim & it has been fully integrated.
3. Sheik Abdullaha,a good friend of Nehru,architect of Kashmir accession to India,was very much dis-appointed,when the Article 370( Drafted by Gopalaswamy Iyyengar and  not by Ambedkar) was placed “ in the temporary and transitional provisions” of part XX1 of the constitution. He wanted Iron Clad guarantees for the special status. for J&K.He agitated for total independence & was thrown into  Jail.
4. Sri Ram Jathmalani,a legal luminary is of the opinion that article 370 cannot be touched because it is a  part of the basic structure of the constitution. Any notification by GOI will open a pandora’s box ,even an amendment under article 368 deleting article 370 will attract legal challenges in SC. Article 147 of J&K constitution forbids the introduction of the said amendment,changing the status of J&K.
5. The BJP’s election Manifesto of 2009 saying that Article 370 s a psycological barrier for the people of J&K for the full integration to join the main stream & the party’s commitment to the abrogation of the said article 370 stands, Even if someway is found fo the abrogation,we will alinate the people & may le to greater conflagration. It may become an exercise in futility

On Saturday(18th July,2015) we left Yelahanka new town @ 0910 AM, by a small bus to Savanadurga ::(via Magadi) In Savanadurga we visited Swayamboo Ugra Narasimha in his UGRA swaroopa. Adjacent to the Temple there is another Temple of Sri Maha Laxmi.After Poojas &Rathothsava(One round around the temple in a small Ratha) we left for Magadi Sri Ranganatha Temple: There Lord  Srinivasa is standing in an upright position,with Abhaya hastha (Normally his right hand is points downwards) At the foot of the idol there  is a Saligrama (any amount of Abhisheka or water poured on it simply vanishes) : There is another small Sri Ranganatha Temple at the back,where Sri ranganatha is in a reclining position,on a five hooded serpent with Sridevi & Bhoodevi : There is another small Temple where one can see,Growing Ranganatha. on a wall (who is supposed to be growing continuously) After Poojas we were invited for a Dinner.  (Annadana)) ONLY on Saturdays & Sundays they feed all  the Piligrims : As we had carried,BISIBELE Huliyanna & Mosaranna,we politely declined the offer  and consumed whatever we had carried from Bangalore,( just outside the temple itself): We had been told by Mr Arati Prahalada achar that there will be Mettalotsava in the evening,so we decided to proceed to a place called ERAKALAWADI (Near KALIA) to see the Brindavana of sri JAYA DWAJA THEERTHARU (The Brindaban was recently discovered,but not yet fully IDENTIFIED/authenticated) Just about 30 feet away,there is a Hanuman temple,said to have  be installed by by Sri Vyasarajaru(Belongs to Mujurai Department) As per the records available in Vyasaraya mutt,the Brindaban is supposed to be in YERAGOLA,  but either it has been Destroyed or the records are FALSE) It is in an open field without any cover.When we returned back to the Magadi Sri ranganatha, Temple,we were told that the mettalotsava was over by evening FIVE O' CLOCK itself : We went to the Rayara mutt,there Sri Vijayeendra Theerthara Aradhane utsava was going on(Monthly event),we listened to the Pravachana & left for Bangalore ( We were forced to have Dinner,but we politely declined) Reached Yelahanka new town by 0930 PM( In all about 10 people were in the trip,excluding sreesha & Neela, Magadi is 50 KMs from Bangalore)  0.04 GB (0%) of 15 GB used Manage Terms - Privacy Last account activity: 25 minutes ago Details

Re structuring BBMP is the only solution

The Govt of the day wanted to suppress the matter: The congress lost the Elections in 1989 on A/c of this scandal;

May be the terrorist might have killed a few passengers,I am sure they would not have killed all the passengers:

The flight took off from Kathmandu for Delhi on 24/12/1999 at 04:30 PM,it was hijacked within minutes of Take off, hijack by Five Pakisthanis led by Ibrahim Athar,brother of Masood Azar.leader of Harkat-ul-ansar.Before the aircraft landed at Amritsar at 07:00 PM,Delhi came to know about this incident: Due to policy paralysis the govt did not know what to do about it: The aircraft took off and landed at Lahore after refulling,went to Dubai & landed there, at 01:32 AM,as the Kandhar airport was closed for night operations. The high jacking drama ended after the release of the dreaded terrorists,by India.Our Hero Jaswant singh escorted them to safety. The whole world laughed at us: The DG of Police of Punjab did not want to act,as it was not his job: Had KPS Gill, was present there,the story would have been altogether different  : There was lack of co-ordination in terms of speed & time between Delhi & Amritsar: The NSG commandoes did not scramble into action mode,the hijackers had enough time to escape without any resistance.Now they have put out a lame excuse saying the Govt. wanted to save the  lives of passengers on board,whose lives VIP's & their relatives??. What was the gurantee the Passengers would have been released safely after reaching the Taliban Controlled Afghanisthan??? The best thing was to block the runway,contact the hijackers & negotiate with them :

The Govt should order a full Inquiry into this Tragedy/Blunder & go  into the conduct of Vajapyee Govt during the crisis : Had they given a free hand to Punjab police, I am sure they would have acted properly & saved the Cowardish image of India That is Bharat.
